Jillian Collett ::

Bio:
Jillian is a senior at Azusa Pacific University with a major in Journalism (which she probably won't use when she graduates) and a minor in Youth Ministry (which is what she should have majored in.) She is a hostess at Romano's Macaroni Grill in Monrovia, CA. Jillian enjoys singing, sporadically bursting into dance, writing short stories, yelling obnoxiously from the stands at APU basketball games, setting up camp at Bean Town, snowboarding, cutting people off on the freeway, joining random facebook groups with names like 'I secretly want to punch slow walking people in the back of the head,' and taking naps, when she gets the chance.

Books:
Bird by Bird by Anne Lamott, Piercing the Darkness by Frank E. Peretti, The Atonement Child by Francine Rivers, The Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling (and I am not ashamed!).

Movies:
Boondock Saints; Gladiator, 300, The Italian Job, Garden State, Anchorman, Nacho Libre, Hot Rod, Rush Hour.

Favorite Verse:
"For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.'" ~Jeremiah 29:11

Jordan Vena ::

Other Occupations:
Historian, Floor Guy

Bio:
Jordan Vena is a history freak (freak because he has met few people who hold such a deep passion in their hearts for past events and people) and drummer extraordinaire from Monrovia, CA. Jordan attends Azusa Pacific University as a history major, and looks forward to graduate school afterwards.

Favorite Quote:
"General Robert E. Lee was once told by his chaplains that their 'most fervent prayers were on his behalf.' His response embodies what I myself think and feel, 'I can only say that I am nothing but a poor sinner, trusting in Christ alone for salvation, and need all the prayers they can offer me.'"

Books: D.S. Freeman's biography of Robert E. Lee, Day of Infamy by Walter Lord The Last 100 Days of WWII, many, many more.

Bands:
Queen, Interpol, Brand New, Saves the Day, and assortment of other bands that range from electronic, the Joy Electric, to screamo-metal, In Reverend Fear, and much more.
